Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using friendship.myheartcraft.com, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

HeartCraft Friendship Day Card is a paid, one-time web service that allows you to create a personalized interactive friendship day experience — including a Museum of Us, photo reveal, Friendship Contract, and personal letter — and share it as a link. The service currently costs ₹199 per card (subject to change).

The shareable link is active for up to 6 months from the date of creation.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise displayed.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay and/or Paytm and are non-refundable once the shareable link has been generated.
  • If you experience a technical failure that prevents link generation despite a successful payment, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

4. Photo Upload

  • You may upload one photo of you and your friend to be displayed in the Museum of Us exhibit.
  • By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.
  • Photos are stored securely on AWS S3 and are accessible only via the unique card link you share.
  • To request deletion of your photo, contact us at support@myheartcraft.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Create content that is defamatory, abusive, hateful, or harassing.
  • Upload photos that are explicit, violent, or infringe on any third party's privacy or intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service.
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes under Indian law or the laws of your jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, animations, and code are owned by HeartCraft. You are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use and share the friendship day card you create. You may not reproduce or resell the service's underlying assets.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. HeartCraft does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rajasthan, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will post updates to this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
